GHP Field account access and a business-specific connection are required. A caller’s request does not automatically book work.

New uploads stay private. Only reviewed text explicitly approved for customer use can inform receptionist answers. Saving a file does not train the voice model.
Connections and knowledge setup are reviewed for each pilot. Keep customer records and training files in the private office, not in this website’s enquiry form.

A guided startRequesting a plan creates no subscription or charge. Field and Counted trials begin when their workspaces are ready. Voice setup and any trial allowance are agreed separately. Can I use my existing business number?
We’ll review forwarding and number options during setup. Keep your current service in place while the pilot is tested; transferring a number is a separate step.
Will callers know it’s AI?
The opening uses the receptionist’s name and your business greeting. If asked whether it is human or AI, it answers honestly that it is an AI receptionist. The aim is a warm, useful conversation and a clear next step for your team.
Can it call customers back?
The pilot includes two manually reviewed options: the AI calls the customer, or the system calls your office first and connects the customer after you press 1. Live calling requires a configured phone service.
Does it replace my team?
It supports your team by gathering details and preparing next steps. Phone transfers go to your configured staff; written messages stay in the office inbox for review. A separate staffed answering service is not included.
What does it cost?
Carina starts at $99/month with 150 AI call minutes. The launch bundle includes GHP Field, Carina and Counted Books for $139/month for 12 months, then $158/month. Extra AI minutes cost $0.35 each. Is Lobbyline available today?
Lobbyline is in private pilot development, starting with Global Home Product, Inc. We’re accepting early-access enquiries while live channel setup and testing continue. Appointment booking and the other roadmap features are not yet live.
